I can come to you at a time that meets your schedule. I can also host your private yoga session at Sanford Yoga Center. With over a decade of lesson design experience, I'm eager to design a yoga lesson to meet your individual needs.
I live in Sanford, NC, and I'm available to travel to teach in the central North Carolina area, including, but not limited to Raleigh, Durham, Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Holly Springs, Fayetteville, and Fuquay-Varina.
